The electro-acoustic transducer of the present invention includes: a main unit for sound conversion converting an audio signal into sound and radiating the sound through a main hole therein for adjusting air; a sub unit for sound conversion disposed at the other side and spaced a predetermined interval from the main unit for sound conversion, electrically connected to radiate sound through the same audio signal, and having one side with a sub hole for adjusting air; a unit for adjusting sound disposed between the main unit for sound conversion and the sub unit for sound conversion to allow the sound signal of the sub unit for sound conversion to be radiated as a signal that is the same as the sound signal of the main unit for sound conversion; and a housing receiving the main unit for sound conversion and the sub unit for sound conversion, and having one side with a radiation space for radiating sound externally. The unit for adjusting sound adjusting compensates the sound signal so as to radiate same to the radiation space. The electro-acoustic transducer adjusts the sound signal radiated from the main unit for sound conversion and the sound signal radiated from the sub unit for sound conversion along the ventilation path of the main and sub holes for adjusting air, and adjusts, in the same space, the sound signals of the main and sub units for sound conversion, which are integrated into one side of the housing so as to radiate the sound signals externally.
