<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a soft polyurethane foam low in density, high in hardness, and good in durability. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a soft polyurethane foam, (A) an active hydrogen component and (B) an organic polyisocyanate component are allowed to react in the presence of (C) an expanding agent, (D) a catalyst, and (E) a foam stabilizer, wherein (A) contains the following polyol (a1), and the reaction of ≥50% of the reaction time is carried out in a metal mold at 10 to 40°C. The polyol (a1) is an alkylene oxide adduct of an active hydrogen-containing compound (H), and is a polyoxyalkylene polyol represented by formula (I), wherein ≥40% of the hydroxyl group positioned at the terminals is a primary hydroxyl group-containing group and the hydroxyl value is 10 to 115 mgKOH/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
