<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence of a noise. <P>SOLUTION: A peak detecting device comprises: a peak detecting unit 2 in which in a detection period of a length that exceeds one period in a signal S1, a current voltage of the signal S1 is compared with a maximum voltage just before within the detection period, the maximum voltage is updated with the current voltage and is held as a hold voltage V1 when the current voltage is higher than the maximum voltage, and a new detection period is started according to an inputted reset signal Srst; an A/D conversion unit 3 in which a plurality pieces of samplings are performed for the hold voltage V1 included in a period at least after the second period in the detection period, and a plurality pieces of voltage data D1 are outputted; and a processing unit 6 in which in a period after the second period, an average value obtained by averaging at least a part of plural pieces in the plurality pieces of the voltage data D1 is outputted as a peak voltage Vp of the signal S1 in the detection period when the plurality pieces of the voltage data D1 are inputted, and the reset signal Srst is outputted to the peak detecting unit 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
