<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control device capable of adjusting response on starting and on shifting according to user's direction in relation to the clutch control device for performing control of an automatic clutch device. <P>SOLUTION: Specified maps respectively corresponding to three kinds of running modes (normal mode, high-speed mode and slow-speed mode) are stored in an EEPROM of ECU (engine control device). Each specified map specifies the relationship of a clutch rotational number difference with a target clutch position.
