<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconductor manufacturing method which can manufacture an oxide superconductor featuring excellent superconductivity with high productivity (manufacturing speed). <P>SOLUTION: The oxide superconductor manufacturing method involves irradiating the surface of a target 27 with laser light to beat out or evaporate the constituent particles of the target and then depositing these constituent particles on a base material 25 to form an oxide superconducting layer. The base material, while being heated by heating means 34, is passed along a constituent particle deposition area 35 to deposit the constituent particles on the surface of the base material within the constituent particle deposition area at a deposition rate of 40 to 100 nm/second. Then the base material, past the constituent particle deposition area, is cooled at a cooling rate of 10 to 100°C per second. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
