<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which suppresses fogging even when being used for an image forming apparatus having a contact charging type charging device. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor which includes at least a conductive substrate, an under coating layer and a charge generating layer, the under coating layer contains metal oxide particles, and when the impedance of the under coating layer is measured by an AC voltage in a range from 1 MHz to 1 mHz, the maximum point of a phase difference θ of the impedance is within a range of a frequency from 10 mHz or more to 150 mHz or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
