<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device capable of measuring a temperature based on a resistance value of a thermistor even when using the thermistor having an unknown constant. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device includes: a thermistor 11 that outputs a resistance value according to a temperature; an arithmetic processing part 20 that calculates a temperature value based the resistance value and a formula (1); and external input means 19 that inputs a test resistance value and a test temperature value in the thermistor 11. The arithmetic processing part 20 calculates a constant in the following formula by using three or more test resistance values and three or more test temperature values which are input from the external input means 19 when the constant including B, R<SB POS="POST">0</SB>and T<SB POS="POST">0</SB>in the formula (1) is unknown in the thermistor 11, and outputs a temperature value calculated based on the formula (1) in which the constant is established and the resistance value input from the thermistor 11 when the temperature is measured.
