The present invention relates to an MDT (Minimization of Drive Test) information reporting format and time-stamp configuring method for supporting MDT in a 3GPP system. According to the present invention, a reporting format needed for a terminal to deliver MDT measurement information to a serving base station is defined, and a method of setting the number of bits and the unit of recording time required to record time information is provided.
