The system has clips provided with a holding part, which is snapped open on a rail. The clips are connected with a cable transition apparatus (5). A mast (1) consists of circular curved metal sheet, and lateral edges bent in a C-shape with radial portions (2) run in inner side of the mast. End sections (3) are bent at 90-degrees. The radial portions are welded with each other, and the end sections form the rail. The cable transition apparatus is provided with an upper end and a lower end in an installation position.
