The bread slicing machine has bread inlaid space (1) and bread withdrawal unit between which a cutting knife (3) is positioned. A thrust device (5) pushes bread (4) from bread inlaid space to bread withdrawal unit. The bread withdrawal unit includes bottom surface (8) with bottom plate (8a) in which sliced bread is arranged. A lifting mechanism (9) raises and lowers the bottom plate of the bread withdrawal unit, and base plate (10) in bread inlaid space.
