PURPOSE: A permanent wave method is provided, which can form permanent wave along isoelectric region without damage of hair. CONSTITUTION: A permanent wave method comprises: a coating step of coating hair with perm chemicals; a first isoelectric region control step of controlling hair isoelectric region; a washing step of rinsing hair with shampoo and water; a second isoelectric region control step of controlling the isoelectric region of the damaged hair; a winding step of winding hair on a rod; a heat treating step of applying heat to the hair wound on the rod; an oxidation step of coating hair with oxidizer; and a final washing step of rinsing hair with shampoo and water.
