A hard coating composition is provided to facilitate polymerization and curing upon UV irradiation, and to realize improved anti-fouling property and wear resistance. A hard coating composition having excellent anti-fouling property comprises a fluoroacrylate-containing polymer. The fluoroacrylate-containing polymer is obtained by reacting: (a) a fluoroacrylate-containing polyol prepared from the polymerization of hydroxypropyl methacrylate or hydroxyethyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and fluoroacrylate; and (b) an isocyanate reactant prepared by reacting an isocyanate compound and hydroxypropyl methacrylate.
