PURPOSE: A double-sided light emitting type illuminating device is provided to three dimensionally express an image or characters on a screen by emitting light from a front side and a back side. CONSTITUTION: A double-sided light emitting unit(100) three dimensionally expresses characters and patterns by implementing the characters and patterns on a background surface. A space maintaining unit(300) is connected to the double-sided light emitting unit with a fixing unit and separates the double-sided light emitting unit from the background surface.
