PURPOSE: A composition containing tolnaftate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided to suppress ATM kinase activity and to repair damaged DNA. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing ATM kinase contains tolnaftate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition is used as an aid for enhancing radiation therapy or anticancer in lung cancer, colon cancer, brain cancer, breast cancer, or ovarian cancer. The composition is used by parenteral or oral administration and is manufactured in the form of injection, powder, granule, and tablet.
