PURPOSE: An aviation pallet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable users to produce the aviation pallet in the light weight by attaching a PET film to an EPS(expanded polystyrene) loading board formed with EPS. CONSTITUTION: An aviation pallet includes an EPS(expanded polystyrene) loading board(1) and a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film. The EPS loading board includes an EPS plate, EPS supporting legs(2), and a jack located in between two closely located EPS supporting legs. The EPS supporting legs are extended from the bottom of the EPS plate. The PET film is attached to the surface of the EPS plate or the EPS supporting legs using an EVA adhesive layer.
