<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar lighting device of hollow type having a simple structure and capable of making light emission from a light emitting face in a desired direction. <P>SOLUTION: The light device is provided with a planar light emitting member 5 having a light incident face 5f and a light emitting face 5f', a planar reflection member 3 having a reflection face 3f, and a light source 10. The light incident face 5f of the light emitting member 5 and the reflection face 3f of the reflection member 3 are arranged face to face through a hollow part 4, and the light source 10 is arranged in a perpendicular direction against the light incident face 5f and the light emitting face 5f', and the light source 10 is of a linear shape and moreover is a linear parallel light source emitting parallel light. The parallel light emitted from the light source 10 is so arranged as to be irradiated in an incident angle 80-89.5 degrees against the light incident face 5f of the light emitting member 5, and on the light incident face 5f and/or the light emitting face 5f' of the light emitting member 5, there is provided a fine uneven structure for reflecting and refracting the parallel light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
