<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically compute a servicer that reports a value greatly deviating from an actual guide number for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: Each terminal 100 includes: guide number storage means 102 for storing guide numbers as use information on use of services that respective servicers 300 provide; and guide number calculation and transmission means 104 for each service group for grouping the services according to a predetermined grouping rule, totaling the guide numbers for each group, and transmitting the totaling results to a server. The server 200 collates calculation results obtained by grouping the guide numbers based upon reports from the servicers 300 according to the predetermined grouping rule and calculating guide numbers for each group, with a sum result obtained by summing the totaling results transmitted from respective terminals.
