<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of travel capability of a hybrid vehicle when starting the engine when switching, for example from an EV travel to a parallel HV travel. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle drive control device has a controller to slide a clutch (CR), when increasing the rotation speed of an internal combustion engine with power of a first rotary electric machine (MG1) in order to start the internal combustion engine, when switching the travel mode of the hybrid vehicle (1) from a first travel mode (EV travel) which outputs drive force to a driving shaft (OUT) only from a second rotary electric machine (MG2) to a second travel mode (parallel HV travel) which outputs the drive force to the driving shaft from the internal combustion engine (20) and the second rotary electric machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
