<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a back-junction solar cell module comprising a plurality of solar cells electrically connected to one another by a wiring material. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 1 comprises a plurality of solar cells 10 and a wiring material 11. Each of the plurality of solar cells 10 has a p-side electrode 15 and an n-side electrode 14 arranged on one principal plane. The wiring material 11 electrically connects the p-side electrode 15 of one of the adjacent solar cells 10 to the n-side electrode 14 of the other solar cell 10. Surfaces of the p-side electrode 15 and the n-side electrode 14 are respectively formed of plating films 16c and 17c which include at least respective one of feeding points 18 and 19. The wiring material 11 is partially bonded to regions of the solar cells 10 at least including the feeding point 18 or 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
