摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of obtaining the three-dimensional electrode with an excellent conductive porous sheet after securing firm adhesion between a porous semiconductor layer and the porous sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the three-dimensional electrode 16 includes: a step of providing a material of a porous semiconductor layer on one side surface of a porous inorganic sheet 10; a step of calcinating the material of the porous semiconductor layer and obtaining the porous inorganic sheet 10 having a porous semiconductor layer 12 provided therein; and a step in which the side having the porous semiconductor layer 12 is directed to a porous sheet 14, and the porous inorganic sheet 10 is laminated and pressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
