<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a heat exchanger unit and a thermal cycling unit. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger unit includes: a plurality of heat exchangers that includes magnetic particles therein; and a connection part that is provided between the heat exchangers for connecting the heat exchangers, the connection part including a solid-core member, a porous body or a combined substance of the solid-core member and the porous body.
