<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock control device of an internal combustion engine, which calculates a proper knock correction amount for suppressing a knock at the detection of the knock of the internal combustion engine, and which recovers the knock correction amount so that torque-down may not occur more than necessary at the non-detection of the knock. <P>SOLUTION: This knock control device of the internal combustion engine includes a knock correction amount operation part which operates the knock correction amount for sifting the ignition timing of the internal combustion engine to a retardation side on the basis of the strength of the knock when it is determined that the knock occurs, and returns the knock correction amount to an advance side when it is determined that the knock does not occur. The knock correction amount operation part limits and holds the knock correction amount to a prescribed value when a value of the knock correction amount to the retardation side reaches a prescribed value or larger, and when it is determined that the knock does not occur by a knock determination part, the knock correction amount operation part returns the limited knock correction amount to the advance side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
