<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce effect of inner ring expansion by centrifugal force of a shaft and temperature increase to suppress pre-load increase without necessitating incidental facilities by utilizing orbital diameter expansion difference between an outer ring and an inner ring. <P>SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing 11 used for fixed position pre-load, the material of the inner ring 3 is made to be a material having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the material of the outer ring 2, and loose fit is made between an inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 3 and the shaft 1. Thereby, pre-load is adjusted, by utilizing a relationship of (outer ring)>(inner ring) in track diameter expansion amounts of inner and outer rings during operation. Positioning of the inner ring 3 is performed by providing side rings 6 and 7 on both sides of the inner ring 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
