<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice interactive system, method, and program capable of performing an efficient voice interaction according to embodiments. <P>SOLUTION: A history storage section stores an operation history which associates names of operations executed up to the present and the number of times of execution. A voice storage section stores voice data which corresponds to each operation name. A detection section detects an omission voice signal which indicates an omission of voice input from a user. An acquisition section acquires the name of the operation which has the largest number of execution times from the history storage section when the detection section detects an omission voice signal. A generation section reads the voice data which corresponds to the acquired operation name and generates a voice signal. An output section converts the voice signal into a voice and outputs it. A cancellation determination section determines whether or not the omission voice signal is canceled before the voice output is completed.
