POSITION DETERMINING DEVICE OF OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position determining device capable of surely determining that a position of a predetermined object to be set at a predetermined position is changed.

SOLUTION: The position determining device includes a moving speed detector 17 for detecting the moving speed of the predetermined object 1 to be set at the predetermined position; a speed difference detector 18 for detecting the speed difference of the maximum value and the minimum value of the moving speed detected by the moving speed detector 17 during a predetermined time period; a point applicator 19 for imparting a point per the predetermined time period based on the speed difference detected by the speed difference detector 18; and a point adder 21 for adding the point imparted by the point applicator 19 for the predetermined period. The position determining device is configured to determine that the position of the object 1 is changed based on the point added by the point adder 21 and a predetermined threshold.
