PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling device which is simplified in structure and can quickly and accurately position a work member by suppressing a frictional resistance occurring between the work member moved by a moving table and a fixed table.

SOLUTION: This printed board machining device 1 includes a machining section 44 which is movable in the first direction X and a machining table 10 comprising the fixed table 50 which is positioned so as to face the machining section 44 and on which a printed board 2 is placed and the moving table 51 which fixes the printed board 2 placed on the fixed table 50 and moves the printed board 2 placed on the fixed table 50 in the second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X. The printed board machining device sets the printed board 2 at the machining position by moving the machining section 44 and the moving table 51. The machining device further includes an air supply device 53 for supplying air to the fixed table 50. The fixed table 50 has a plurality of injection holes 52 for injecting the air supplied from the air supply device 53 to the printed board 2 placed on the fixed table 50.
