<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change arrangement of video contents as desired by a user, in a video display device which displays multiple video contents on multi-screens. <P>SOLUTION: The video display device of this embodiment is provided with multi-screen display means which receives the plural video contents, extracts video contents to be displayed on the multi-screens, and displays the video contents in a video display part. The video display device is also provided with mode execution means. The mode execution means detects whether to switch between a single screen operation mode in which operation is performed on each single screen of the multi-screens displayed in the video display part and an all-screen operation mode in which the operation is performed on all the screens of the multi-screens each time. When the mode switch is to be performed, the mode execution means switches between the single screen operation mode and the all-screen operation mode, and when the mode switch is not to be performed, the mode execution means executes one of the single screen operation mode and the all-screen operation mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
