<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency implement which can be widely used simply and safely at an emergency time such as various rescues, fire fighting, and disaster prevention. <P>SOLUTION: The emergency implement includes: a continuous length part 11 in which a plurality of penetrating parts 11B are formed by joining it with joining parts 11A at intervals in the longitudinal direction; a first annular part 12 formed on one end side of the continuous length part 11; and a second annular part 13 and a third annular part 14 formed on the other end side of the continuous length part 11.
