<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate feeding to animals. <P>SOLUTION: A regulation system against feeding includes an animal attachment device 110 including: an object detection means attached to an animal for detecting an object approaching the animal's mouth; a stimulation output means for outputting the stimulation that animals dislike; and a control means for controlling each of the means.
