This light acquisition sheet comprises: a light transmitting sheet (2) that has first and second main surfaces; and a plurality of optical coupling structures (3) that are arranged within the light transmitting sheet at first and second distances respectively from the first and second main surfaces or at distances more than the first and second distances. Each of the plurality of optical coupling structures (3) comprises a first light transmitting layer, a second light transmitting layer, and a third light transmitting layer that is interposed between the first light transmitting layer and the second light transmitting layer. The refractive indexes of the first and second light transmitting layers are smaller than the refractive index of the light transmitting sheet (2), and the refractive index of the third light transmitting layer is larger than the refractive indexes of the first and second light transmitting layers. The third light transmitting layer has a diffraction grating that is parallel to the first and second main surfaces of the light transmitting sheet. |
