PURPOSE: A lighting module is provided to precisely display a character, a number, a symbol, and an image by driving light emitting diode chips. CONSTITUTION: A lighting module(1) includes a substrate(10), a wire connecting stack(20), and a plurality of light emitting diodes(30). The lighting module includes a damp layer(40) with a plurality of cavities(41). The plurality of cavities surround a light emitting diode chip. The substrate includes a plurality of main wires(12) for supplying power to a plurality of the light emitting diode chips. The main wires are made by filling spaces which vertically pass through the substrate with conductive materials. The plurality of light emitting diode chips are mounted on the uppermost surface of the wire connection stack with a dot matrix arrangement. |
