<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent produced water from being dispersed or poured on a human or a building in releasing the produced water from a fuel cell mounted on a moving body such as a vehicle so that the water can be released to the outside more adequately. <P>SOLUTION: Water contained in exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack 22 is separated by a gas-liquid separator 48 and is stored in a recovery tank 54. A release amount of water and one or more positions for water release are set based on the driving conditions including vehicle speed and acceleration, the turning condition, the activated or deactivated condition of slip reduction control, a distance from any object detected by clearance sonars 94a to 94c, a distance from a subsequent vehicle measured by a millimeter-wave radar 92, and the presence of raindrops detected by a raindrop detection sensor, and the water stored in the recovery tank 54 is released via water outlets 58a to 58f installed at the selected one or more positions.
