<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image data file in an external recording medium under file system management from being destroyed from a connection device and to easily perform access control in accordance with an attribute. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an image processing apparatus including: generation means for generating an image data file; first attribute setting means which sets first attribute information for determining whether to prohibit the alteration of the image data file; second attribute setting means which sets second attribute information for determining whether to prohibit the alteration of the image data file, the information being recorded in a recording region different from that of the first attribute information; and recording means for recording, on an external recording medium, the image data file generated by the generation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
