<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a distribution document for a conference before holding the conference, thereby inhibiting a printed matter from being wasted and preventing conference attendees from waiting during the distribution of the distribution document. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a conference data storage part 103 to store conference data 203 including the number of conference attendees corresponding to conference ID 202; a material data storage part 104 to store material data 204 to be distributed to the attendees of the conference according to the conference ID 202; and a printing part 120 to print the material data stored in the material data storage part 104. Whether or not to attend the conference is asked of a host PC of the conference attendee, the number of the conference attendees included in the conference data 203 is updated in accordance with a response about the attendance of the conference from the host PC, and the conference data 203 are printed in the printing part 120 as many as the number of the conference attendees when the conference is held. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
