<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the control of a driver circuit from being affected even though regenerative current flows from a load such as a motor toward a predriver circuit included in the driver circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A predriver circuit connected to a bridge circuit has as an output terminal a connection node (N1) connected to a load between a first driver transistor connected to a first power supply voltage (VM) and a second driver transistor connected to the ground. The predriver circuit includes an output monitor circuit connected to the output terminal serving as the connection node (N1). With the use of the output monitor circuit, a first feedback signal (S1) for feeding back only the voltage is generated based on the voltage (Vout) appearing at the output terminal, and a second feedback signal (S2) is generated based on the first feedback signal (S1). The driving of the first driver transistor is controlled so that the voltage (Vout) appearing at the output terminal approaches the first power supply voltage (VM). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
