<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management support system which can not only suggest an exercise menu but also support making of truly healthy body. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 200 creates recommended recipe information in concurrence with creation of exercise support information. Specifically, the management server 200 calculates nutrients and calories that a user has ingested based on a lunch menu chosen by the user and calculates calories-out on this day based on received exercise data.
