<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-operated valve in which a refrigerant of high cleanliness is filled in a can with important components arranged therein and which is maintenance free for intrusion of foreign matter without replacing the electric-operated valve itself. <P>SOLUTION: Fluid such as a refrigerant whose cleanliness is enhanced by processing through a filter or the like is fed into a can 13 at pressure higher than pressure in the can 13 through a fluid tube 30, separately from a normal fluid flow path such as a refrigeration cycle. Fluid likely to include foreign matter such as cutting scraps and refuse is not fed into the can 13 through a gap or the like from a valve chamber 5 side, and thus fluid of high cleanliness is always filled in the can 13. Accordingly, operation failure is not caused in the electric-operated valve 1, whose performance is stabilized for a prolonged period, and the electric-operated valve 1 can be obtained which is maintenance free for fluid likely to include foreign matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
