The assembly has a pump (9) fed by a power supply for supplying water (3) by internal water circulation. A flotable lightweight piston (4) performs power transmission of the assembly. The assembly is provided in a standstill by interruption of a water intake. A drive for a power generator for power generation is attached at the piston. A magnet valve (7) is closed by lowering a water level and during reaching a minimum piston stroke by a microswitch (8) so that water output is stopped and the water level is again increased. A rail (5) is arranged in an upper part of a piston rod.
