PURPOSE: A power supply device, a power supply system, and a power supplying method thereof are provided to minimize electric stress of a power converter by controlling the power converter unit. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(10) includes at least one solar cell which absorbs sunlight. A power converting unit(20) converts an output of the solar cell module and supplies the converted power to a load. A driving control unit(30) measures the output of the solar cell module. The driving control unit controls the power converting unit for driving with a preset duty ratio by corresponding to the measured output.
