PURPOSE: A method and a structure for manufacturing a semiconductor device are provided to maintain an amplitude and a phase of a differential signal by filtering spurious common mode signals introduced by a transmission line effect. CONSTITUTION: A second metalizing system is formed on the exposed parts of a first dielectric material. A second dielectric structure is formed on the second metalizing system. A second template is formed on the second dielectric structure. The second template has openings(218) which expose a part of the second dielectric structure. A third metalizing system is formed on the exposed parts of the second dielectric structure.
