PURPOSE: A system for providing a document based on a human network and a method thereof are provided to supply a response about a document written by a user from another user who belongs to a community related to a neighbor of the user. CONSTITUTION: A community search unit(140) searches a community related to a first documents written by a first user. A document registering unit(150) registers the first document in a related community. The document registering unit registers a second document related to the first document from a second user who belongs to the community. A document providing unit(160) provides the second document related to the first document.
