The present application for a patent of invention (PI) can be summarized in terms of the inventive step (IS) of converting a 4-stroke internal-combustion engine to a 2-stroke internal-combustion engine, as explained in the description, by adapting the valve control camshaft thereof to have identical projections on the two sides of the camshaft (5-Figure 2), and also by sealing the inlet of direct atmospheric air via the intake (6-Figure 1), said air then coming from the reservoir (7) for compressed air conveyed to the heat exchanger (6), said energizing operations being utilized to boost the energy supplied by fuel combustion in the cylinder (3-Figure 1).
