<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring machine and a tow introduction method, capable of guiding a tow to between a pair of gear rolls safely and semi-automatically. <P>SOLUTION: A tow 30, which is to be guided to between the pair of the gear rolls 2, is brought into contact with the outer periphery of a first gear roll 12, an air suction 18 disposed below a cover casing 16 is operated to move the tow 30 in contact with the outer periphery of the first gear roll 12 along the outer periphery of the first gear roll 12, and the tow 30 is automatically inserted into a meshed part of the first gear roll 12 and a second gear roll 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
