<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat device in an induction heating type capable of suppressing local overheating even though damages such as cracks are generated in a conductive body, and capable of maintaining seating quality. <P>SOLUTION: The heating toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat; an induction heating coil for generating a magnetic field with supplied high-frequency current; and a heat generating part which is provided in the toilet seat, and induction-heated by the magnetic field generated by the induction heating coil.
