<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens and a lens unit which have excellent heat resistance preventing an occurrence of failure under high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The lens unit accommodates plural lenses in a lens tube comprising: a cylindrical portion for retaining the plural lenses inside arranged in an optical axis direction; and slits which extend from at least one of both ends of the cylindrical portion in an axis direction and are formed so that a space between the slits is enlarged by receiving a pressure in a direction in which a diameter of the cylindrical portion is increased with thermal expansion of the lenses retained inside the cylindrical portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
