<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center of gravity adjusting member which is a pallet fork (complete) for transferring a rotational torque from an escape wheel to a balance and reduces fluctuation of the transmission rotation torque affected by posture in the rotational torque by approaching the center of gravity to a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The pallet fork (complete) is the center of gravity adjusting member used for approaching the center of gravity to the rotary shaft.
