<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting system capable of being operated with an optimum snow melting load according to a change in an outside air temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In a snow melting system, target circulation flow rate setting processing of antifreeze is executed so as to circulate the antifreeze at an optimum flow rate according to a change in an outside air temperature. First, the lowest air temperature for each day is calculated from the outside air temperatures in the past one week (S41). Then, an average lowest air temperature is calculated from the calculated lowest air temperature for the each day (S42). Further, a snow melting load corresponding to the average lowest air temperature is calculated by a snow melting load calculation formula (S43). Then, on the basis of the calculated snow melting load and a snow melting area, a target input amount of a hot water supply device is calculated (S44). Combustion proportional temperature adjustment control of a burner is executed so as to attain the target input amount.
