<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control lever of which joint interface strength between a resin part and a metal part is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: A control lever 4 for controlling a movable valve body driving axis 3 of a hot and cold water mixing valve unit 2 to change a mixing ratio and discharge amounts of hot and cold water is formed of an operational resin part 5 made of a synthetic resin integrally bonded to a metal part 6 which is connected and fixed to the movable valve body driving axis 3. The metal part 6 has a recess on an outside surface to which the resin part 5 is joined.
