<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polycaproamide resin composition in which the simplification of a process and the low energy consumption are possible, and the uniform dispersion of an additive or the like is easy. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a polycaproamide resin composition is characterized as follows. When polycaproamide which contains 3-15 mass% of a hot water soluble component is supplied into a twin screw extruder with one or more steps of vacuum vents, and one or more side feeders, and the melt extrusion is carried out on the condition which satisfies the following formula (1): 50≤Q/Ns/S≤200 [wherein Q is a discharge amount (kg/h); Ns is a screw speed (rpm); and S is a screw cross section (m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)] making the vacuum pressure for the vacuum vent part at most 20 (kPa s), an additive is thrown in the condition that the melt viscosity of the polycaproamide in the side feeders is at most 75 (Pa s). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
