<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a carcass ply from drawing out from a bead core, when a tire is expanded at a molding step and it is vulcanized at vulcanization step. <P>SOLUTION: The bead core 1 has, at least in an outer part in a tire diameter direction, a cross section of a polygon shape with a projection part with an interior angle of 90 degrees or less, in a tire width direction-cross section, and a leading end part 3b<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of a carcass folding part 3b in a roll-in part gets over the projection part and is positioned on a first tilting face 1a at a carcass body 3a side forming the projection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
